Today the EB5 Securities Roundtable submitted its comments in response to the Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPRM) concerning the EB-5 Immigration Investor Visa Program (“EB-5 Program”).

Moderated by Kurt Reuss, a broker dealer agent with Primary Capital, the Roundtable is comprised of ten (10) prominent attorneys regularly engaged in the securities law aspects of the EB-5 Program.  Over the years, the Roundtable members have handled a substantial number of securities offerings under the EB-5 Regional Center Program and members of the Roundtable have vast experience in private and public securities offerings in the United States and abroad, as well as in securities compliance and enforcement matters.
